  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Saute onion and garlic until tender. Add chicken, cook low until heated. Stir in 1 cup cheese.
  • Separate dough into 8 rectangles; press perforated to seal. Spread 1/2 cup salsa to 1/2 inch from edges. Spoon chicken on top. Roll up from short side, pinch edges. Place seam side down.
  • Bake 16-21 min or until golden brown. Sprinkle with 1 cup cheese. Bake 1-2 min or until cheese melts. Serve with cheese dip or sour cream and salsa.

    This recipe is OK. The things I did not like about it is, it does not have a very good detailed description to it. I didn't understand what to do with the crescent rolls, so I just did my best. It didn't come out very pretty, lol. It was also a little plain. Next time, I'm going to add some green bell pepper, lettuce, and onion, possibly some more seasonings to spice it up a bit.
