  • 1. In skillet, in 1 Tbsp. hot margarine, cook chicken 10 minutes or until browned on both sides. Remove.
  • 2. In remaining 1 Tbsp. hot margarine, cook broccoli and mushrooms until tender and liquid is evaporated, stirring often.
  • 3. Stir in soup, milk and mustard. Heat to boiling. Return chicken to skillet. Cover; cook over low heat 5 - 10 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink, stirring occasionally.
  • 4. Serve with egg noodles.


I prefer to cut my chicken into bite sized pieces before cooking it. Then when everything is done, I like to mix the chicken, sauce and noodles all together for a one pot dinner. This is really nice with salad and garlic bread as well!
