  • Cook chicken in 1/2 can of chicken broth until done.
  • Shred chicken and add to Dutch oven with all of the other ingredients (except topping ingredients). Simmer, uncovered for about 30 to 45 minutes.
  • Brown tortillas in pan until crispy and slice into strips. Top each individual serving with desired amount of sour cream, cheese, tortilla strips.

Notes

Sometimes I throw some jalapenos in my bowl for an extra suprise! :-)
