  • Combine chicken, chilies, salsa and cheese. Place mixture in tortillas and roll.
  • Place seam side down in 9x13-inch pan. Pour heavy whipping cream over the top.
  • Bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Let cool 5 minutes before serving.


The heavy whipping cream turns into an incredible thick white sauce over these enchiladas! You may sprinkle cheese over the top instead of using inside enchiladas.

    Very Very good...and easy!

    This recipe turned out pretty good, except not all of my sauce thickened. As a result, my enchiladas were a little floppy. Also, I don't think I will make it with canned chicken again, I might try baking a few chicken breasts and shredding them. Overall these had great flavor, and I am a fan of white sauces of any kind.
