  • Heat up medium fry pan; add olive oil. Toss in cut squash and peppers. Slowly add chives & cilantro. Turn down to med-low heat. While that cooks, prepare pasta. Boil 2 cups of water, in small-med pan. Add pasta.
  • Stir squash mix occasionally so that it won’t burn. Once the squash is tender & peppers are cooked but still a bit crunchy turn heat to low & add chicken.
  • After all pasta is boiled and ready, prepare your family's plates/bowls. Layer drained pasta on bottom, sprinkle with Kraft Shredded Cheese while still hot/warm, then pile on the squash mix. Done.

Notes

If you prefer, separate the two - squash mix & pasta. Sprinkle the cheese onto the pasta, let it melt. MMM MMM MMM. Fresh fully cooked chicken cut into pieces/cubes/strips can also be used.
