  • Pound your meat until tender. Get a big Ziploc baggie, put crackers in and pound until completely broken.
  • Dip your steaks into the eggs, salt, pepper, and then into your crackers. Close the baggie and shake.
  • Put steak into hot oiled skillet and cover until lightly browned on each side.
