  • Season steak with garlic, pepper, and salt. In bowl mix flour and more garlic, pepper, salt. Dip steak in flour.
  • In med. heated pan fry steak 10 min. on each side or till bread is golden brown. Remove from pan, set aside.
  • Gravy:
  • In pan heat steak bits & drippings. Add flour stir until lightly brown. Then add can mushroom soup, stir till smooth. Add milk while stirring. Add water if too thick, until desired thickness.
  • Put to simmer and add steak to gravy. Cook for 30 minutes. Steak will be more tender in gravy or just serve over steak.

Special Equipment Needed

Notes

Best to use non-stick electric skillet. Serve with mashed potatoes and pea or green beans or any greens.
