  • Cover bottom of non-stick skillet with oil and heat. Add chunked chicken and seasonings (I prefer seasoned salt, garlic salt & lemon pepper). Cook till chicken is done (about 8-10 minutes).
  • Cover bottom of casserole dish evenly with 1/2 of the cooked rice then add 1/2 of the cooked and seasoned chicken. Pour 1/2 of the chicken/mushroom soup evenly over the rice and chicken. Repeat the before instructions.
  • Cook in oven on about 300°F till soup is hot (about 5-10 minutes). Take out and let cool for a few minutes. Cover evenly with crushed Funyuns right before serving. ENJOY!

I made this up in my foods class during school. Our assignment was to make something different and exciting, so I did. All I have to say is "My dish was the only clean one at the end of the class" Everyone else’s got thrown away. A+ for me! Tell me what you think.
