  • Tenderize chicken in plastic bag. Mix flour, salt and pepper. Dredge chicken in flour mixture.
  • In non stick skillet, heat butter, olive oil and garlic. Add chicken and brown till golden on both sides about 10-15 minutes on medium heat. Remove chicken.
  • Add Marsala and golden mushroom soup; blend well. Place chicken in Marsala sauce and simmer loosely covered on low heat for 20 minutes. Serve over cooked pasta. Sprinkle with Kraft Italian cheese blend.

Notes

White fish like Tilapia can be substituted for chicken. I just add a little lemon juice to the Marsala sauce. The cooking time is shortened to 5 minutes for browning and 5-10 minutes simmering.

    Easy and everyone oved it. Made it for one of the dishes for Christmas eve dinner and everyne raved about it. Will be making it again.

    Nice and easy. Although it wasn't saucy enough for my liking. So the next time I made it I doubled the soup and wine (as another reviewer suggested)and added a little water.

    This was fabulous. The only thing I did differently was I used two cans of the soup and doubled the wine - we like alot of sauce. My husband told me not to lose this recipe
