  • 1) Place chicken in bowl with salt and garlic coat well, set aside.
  • 2) Stir fry onion, bell pepper and broccoli in 5 teaspoons of vegetable oil until onion is translucent.
  • 3.) In separate pan add 5 teaspoons oil to pan and heat to med/high and cook chicken for 5-8 minutes.
  • 4.) After the chicken is done add it to the vegetables and cook for 4 minutes longer, finally add the nacho cheese dip and mix well.
  • 4.) Heat wraps on med/high heat in a large skillet.
  • 5.) Divide the mixture into 4 equal parts, then spoon into the center of the tortillas. Top with sour cream.


You can leave out the chicken altogether for a veggie nacho cheese's quick, it's simple,and it's yum :) Enjoy!
