  • Boil water for spaghetti. Add spaghetti and cook until al dente. Drain spaghetti and return to pan.
  • While cooking spaghetti, place 1/2 stick of margarine in a saucepan and melt. Add cooked chicken pieces, sprinkle with parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning. Continue stir frying the chicken until the parmesan cheese melts.
  • Add chicken, 1/2 stick margarine and more parmesan cheese to the spaghetti and continue to cook on the stovetop until warmed through and parmesan is melted.

Notes

Fresh garlic can be added when cooking the chicken if you like. I have also added red bell pepper to jazz it up. If your family likes spicy, jalapeno peppers could be added. Great served with a salad and garlic bread. This is a way of having spaghetti without tomato sauce and it's yummy!
