  • In a plastic bag flatten breast slightly. Add small amount of olive oil and butter to a large skillet. Salt and pepper breast. Brown in skillet. Remove browned breast and set aside.
  • Wipe skillet dry with paper towels. Add 2 jars of Kraft Salsa to the skillet. Place the browned breast into the salsa and pour the other 2 jars of salsa over the browned breast. Simmer for 20 minutes.
  • Then add both packages of Kraft Mozzarella Cheese over the top of ingredients. Cover and continue until cheese is melted. Serve with rice (optional).

    Have some sour cream available, I added to mine and it was great. I made spanish rice the first time the second time it was just white. Great recipe.
