  • In a large skillet on med-hi heat cook garlic and dressing 2-3 min. Add chicken, cook 2 minutes per side.
  • Add shrimp, bacon, tomatoes and bell pepper, stir and cook 1 additional minute. Top with spinach.
  • Cover and reduce heat to medium-low, simmer covered 30-40 minutes until chicken juices run clear and shrimp.

Notes

Serve over brown rice.
