  • Cook rice & set aside. Steam broccoli with 1/2 cup of water & salt on med/low for 5 minutes.
  • Then, brown the chicken with cornstarch, salt & pepper & oil.
  • The Last Step: Add in peppers and cook till steamed. Shake in the sugar, rice wine vinegar and soy sauce. You'll know about how much just by eye balling it. Stir it a few times let the vinegar & sauce mix evenly then it is ready to serve.


The Last Step goes through fast. Don't let anything sit too long, just keep adding next thing till done. To make it Orange Stir Fry - just add 1 quarter cup of orange juice and brown sugar (like the regular sugar). Can substitute ground beef or shrimp for the chicken.
