  • 1. Cut up chicken in bite size pieces and brown in medium skillet (or grill chicken on indoor or outdoor grill, then cut up and add to vegetables.)
  • 2. Add frozen vegetables to skillet, along with 1/8 to 1/4 cup water. Cook on low heat until vegetables are tender.
  • 3. Meanwhile, prepare rice as directed on package.
  • 4. When vegetables are cooked, drain most of the water from the chicken/vegetable mixture, leaving in a little water. Return to heat and add the stir fry sauce. Mix well.
  • 5. Serve stir fry over sauce.
