  • Put Kraft Thousand Island Dressing into a bowl or plate. Clean chicken breast and remove excess fat. Coat each chicken breast with dressing. Let stand 5 minutes.
  • In grill bag, put olive oil, vegetables, and then add chicken breasts. Quarter the 1/2 stick of butter and place into the bag. Salt, pepper, and seasoning to taste.
  • Place on grill and cover. Let cook 45 minutes. Remove from grill and open carefully being cautious of steam, serve hot.


This is a great zesty moist chicken dinner and best of all low fat and carbs. This meal is so easy to prepare especially if you are in the middle of something like I was the day I put it together. My husband and I were working on our flower beds all day, I had chicken breast out and really didn't want to stop to prepare a big meal, so I got into the fridge and thought hey this might be good. Once I got it on the grill I left it and went back to my planting, 45-55 minutes later we were eating a great dinner.
