This recipe I stumbled upon after trying to cook dinner one night wishing I could cut down on separate cooking times for the meat and vegetables.
It is always tender, moist, savory with a slight sweetness.

This was easy to make and it tasted delicious. I substituted boneless skinless thighs instead of chicken breasts. I only used 2 packs of veg. and a large pack of chicken. I cooked it at 400 degrees for about 45 min. Everyone in my family loved it. It was good with macaroni and cheese on the side.
I found this recipe to be easy and tasty. However, I would advise preheating the oven for approx. 15 Min. prior to cooking. I think cooking time will vary depending on the type of oven used. It took about 55 minutes for me. But it was DELICIOUS!!!!
