  • Cook chicken, let cool, cut into 1 inch pieces, set aside. Chop veggies and steam until done, approx 15 minutes. Add basil to veggies.
  • Meanwhile cook spaghetti in a big pot until tender. Drain spaghetti and set off to side. In the pot which the spaghetti was cooked put cream of mushroom soup and milk and cook on medium heat until hot, stirring occasionally.
  • Return spaghetti to pot with soup, add chicken and veggies and stir until coated. After served on plate or in bowl top with chow mein noodles (optional).

Special Equipment Needed


The veggies are optional. You could mix any veggies to your liking. You could also make this vegetarian by omitting the chicken. Great for leftover chicken too.
