  • Preheat your oven to 375 degrees. Place the chicken in a casserole dish (either the whole breast or cut into chunks). Add mushroom soup, white wine and Swiss cheese.
  • Bake for about an hour or until chicken is cooked through. While baking, cook egg noodles and peas as desired.
  • Serve the chicken mix on top of the egg noodles and my family adds the peas on top (but feel free to serve them on the side if you'd rather). Enjoy!

My mother created this receipe and I love it! It's very fattening - and I apologize if I'm off on the measurements. I usually just dump everything in. After the soup has been added (prior to cooking) we usually fill the empty can half way with the wine, so I think that equals about 1/2 cup if you were to measure it out. Again, with the cheese I usually just shred as much as I like, so if it's not as creamy as you want it to be, try more cheese next time. I hope you enjoy it as much as my family does!
