My mother created this receipe and I love it! It's very fattening - and I apologize if I'm off on the measurements. I usually just dump everything in. After the soup has been added (prior to cooking) we usually fill the empty can half way with the wine, so I think that equals about 1/2 cup if you were to measure it out. Again, with the cheese I usually just shred as much as I like, so if it's not as creamy as you want it to be, try more cheese next time.
