  • Prepare linguine as directed on box, set aside, and keep linguine hot.
  • Stir fry chicken strips in oil until lightly brown outside and thoroughly cooked inside.
  • Add broccoli, carrots, green peppers and mushrooms to chicken. Stir fry on medium-hi heat until desired tenderness. Reduce heat to medium.
  • Add cream, basil and Kraft Parmesan Cheese, and cook 5 more minutes, stirring frequently.
  • Serve over the linguine. Serve with garlic bread.

Notes

You may substitute frozen vegetables for fresh (although fresh is best). You may also substitute your favorite vegetables.
