  • Cook ground beef and chopped onion in a stovetop skillet until beef is browned (season with garlic & onion powders as desired); drain off the liquid.
  • Return to stovetop, and add to the beef the tomato sauce, chipotle sauce, uncooked instant rice, and water. Stir thoroughly to mix the sauces. Bring to a boil, then cover and simmer on low for 10-15 minutes, or until sauce is at desired thickness.
  • Serve topped with avocado, shredded cheese, and sour cream for best flavor.
