  • Combine all ingredients except beef. Chop beef very fine in food chopper or blender.
  • Spread beef out on a piece of wax paper. Put the cheese mixture onto beef, roll around in beef until completely covered. Shape into ball.
  • Keep wrapped in the wax paper and chill in fridge for several hours. Serve with variety of crackers.

Notes

You must have that bit of Accent it will not be the same. I like to chill overnight if there is time but at least 5 hours for flavors to blend.
