  • Make the pudding according to directions, using the 2 cups of skim milk. Refrigerate to set.
  • Slice the 9" round cake in half. Spread the pudding on the bottom layer. Then top with other layer.
  • Melt the chocolate bits with the shortening in the microwave for approximately 1 min., or until melted. Stir and pour over the cake, allowing the chocolate to drizzle over the edge.
