  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Place parchment paper on top of cookie sheet and lay out matzo bread.
  • Combine butter and brown sugar in saucepan. Mix on medium heat and bring to boil for 3 minutes while constantly stirring until it reaches a caramel type thick liquid. Spoon on top of matzo bread crackers and spread liquid to the edge.
  • Bake for 12 1/2 minutes or until liquid topping is bubbly. Remove from oven and scatter chocolate chips on top; they will begin to melt. Spread melted chocolate evenly. Add crushed pecans using a spoon to press pecans down into cracker.
