  • Mix the 2 large boxes of vanilla instant pudding in large bowl with 3 cups of milk. Blend on low with mixer until thickened. Fold in the thawed Cool Whip until completely blended.
  • Place first of three even layers of honey graham crackers in 9x13 pan. Top first layer of honey graham crackers with half of the pudding mixture. On top of pudding mixture, layer another set of even honey graham crackers. Top the second layer of honey grahams with remaining pudding mixture. Place the third and final layer of honey graham crackers on top of the second layer of pudding mixture.
  • Stir the whipped milk chocolate icing and spread evenly on top of the final layer of graham crackers. Chill for at least 3 hours and then cut into 12 even squares.

Special Equipment Needed


Important to use vanilla instant pudding because it sets up better than cooked pudding. Must chill for at least 3 hours or overnight to allow the pudding mixture to absorb into the honey graham crackers. Easiest to spread the whipped milk chocolate icing than regular icing.
