  • Prepare pudding according to directions on box. When completely mixed, gently fold in tub of whipped topping.
  • Using a 9 x 13 cake pan, line pan with one layer of graham crackers. Top this 1/3 of pudding mixture. Continue alternating crackers and pudding mixture until you end up with a layer of graham crackers on top.
  • Spread your favorite chocolate icing on top of layer of crackers and refrigerate until ready to serve!

Special Equipment Needed


I use a light and fluffy chocolate whipped cream icing. This is best if made a day before and let sit overnight in the refrigerator. The graham crackers get soft but not mushy and it tastes heavenly!
