This cake can easily be used in a bundt pan (Large). Has a somewhat brownie consistency, depending on the amount of stirring you choose. Less stirring, more brownie consistency. You make the choice. More stirring will make a higher, lighter cake. I like to sprinkle with pwd. sugar while cake is still warm from the oven. Some family members will leave out the nuts and frost. Serve warm with coffee or as my children and grandchildren like, hot out of the oven with lots of milk!!!!
