  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Finely chop almonds and spread on baking sheet for roasting. Stir occasionally for 5-8 minutes.
  • Place chocolate and butter in a small saucepan and stir frequently until melted 3-5 min. Scrape into medium bowl. Stir in icing sugar, orange juice, and vanilla. Add almonds and mix. Cover and refrigerate 2 hours.
  • Scoop out mix and shape into little balls set on baking sheet (greased). Place a small amount of icing sugar and cocoa in a small bowl. Add a few balls and roll evenly to coat. When all coated, place in an airtight container. Refrigerate for up to 1 month.
