  • Combine pudding and milk in a mixing bowl and whisk until smooth and slightly thickened. Spread about 1/2 teaspoon peanut butter on the flat side of each Nilla Wafer and set aside.
  • In a covered 6 cup container, put 1/3 of the pudding mix on the bottom and top with half of the banana slices and 8 of the wafers, peanut butter side down. Cover with 1/3 of the pudding mix and other half of the banana slices and the other 8 wafers. Spread wafers with the rest of the pudding. This takes 10 minutes to do.
  • Cover and refrigerate for 3 hours to allow flavors to combine and wafers to soften.
