  • Remove plastic lid and seal from tub. Microwave on HIGH for 1 minute. Stir. Microwave for 30 sec. Stir additional time if necessary 15 sec at a time. DO NOT OVER COOK.
  • Take 1/2 of the dried strawberries and dip, letting excess drip off. Place on a plate or platter covered with WAX paper.
  • With the other 1/2 of strawberries, dip and then immediately dip into crushed pecans (other nuts can be used), and then place them on the wax paper.

Special Equipment Needed


Refrigerate until ready to use. Best if used the same day. TO SERVE: Use serving platter, placing small dish of Cool Whip in center of plate. Place parsley around for garnish, placing the chocolate covered strawberries around the edges, alternating from the plain covered and the nut covered. Other fruits, dried fruits, nuts, pretzels and marshmallows, graham crackers, cookies and pound cake pieces can also be dipped. USE YOUR IMAGINATION. Baker's Dipping Chocolate was convenient to use...priced well, and took away the mess of a double broiler, and adding additional oils.
