Special Equipment Needed

My kids didn't want plain old oatmeal cookies and I like oatmeal cookies because I think they're better for you. So I had 1 cup of left over toffee bits and some chocolate chunks, then I blended the oatmeal so you can't even tell it's in there and I came up with a delicious cookie my kids loved. They vanished very quickly.
