  • Put the lettuce in the serving bowl. Then add the dressing and cruttons.
  • Get the prosciutto and capicola and chop it into bite size pieces. After add it to the salad.
  • Grate the parmesan cheese then add it to the salad. Mix.

Notes

I measured the quantity of the prosciutto and capicola by chopping it before. If liked cook the prosciutto to a little crisp to add more flavor. If the quantity isn't enough then add more.
