The mixture is great before you cook it, I wonder if there is a way to make it into some kind of meal, and store it well...
Anyways, after cooking I like it much better soaked overnight in milk, and then topped with some sliced peaches, plums, or some blueberries. Also, you can add craisins when you take it out of the oven. I've had others who say they like it just the way it is after you cook it, but I think it is better soaked, like muesli. You could probably also add some coconut into the mixture.
