  • 1. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F.
  • 2. Melt butter in microwave bowl for 3 to 2 minutes. Cover bowl with wax paper before melting.
  • 3. Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt together in a different bowl.
  • 4. Add milk; stir just until dough forms.
  • 5. Put dough onto floured board. Coat dough with flour.
  • 6. Knead the dough 10 times.
  • 7. Using floured rolling pin, roll dough into an 8 inch square.
  • 8. With flour knife cut dough in half then each into thirds (6 strips).
  • 9. Dip each piece of strip into butter then in cinnamon sugar and put into 9x9 square pan.
  • 10. Bake 10-12 minutes.
  • 11. ENJOY.
