  • Mix cake according to package directions: set aside.
  • Melt butter: stir in coconut and marmalade. Spoon into bottom of Bundt pan. Spray sides of pan with cooking spray; pour cake batter evenly over coconut and marmalade.
  • Bake in 350°F oven 50 to 60 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in middle comes out clean. Cool on wire rack for 25 minutes. Invert cake on a plate and cool completely.
