  • In a medium bowl stir together the melted butter, orange juice & orange flavoring. In a separate bowl combine powdered sugar, dry milk powder and wheat germ. Gradually stir into the butter mixture, mixing well. Add the coconut and blend until combined.
  • Shape the mixture into about 2 dozen small balls placing them on a piece of waxed paper. Let them stand for 15 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, melt the chocolate in a double boiler over simmering water. Remove from heat. Cool slightly. Dip balls into chocolate sprinkle with extra coconut. Set back on wax paper until chocolate is firm.


Tip: If you buy raw wheat germ instead of toasted, be sure you store it in the refrigerator or it will spoil.
