  • Pour olive oil into electric skillet. Place cut up chicken into oil and cook until done. Add coconut milk, mustard powder, curry, and chopped apple bring to a simmer. Simmer for 10 – 15 minutes.
  • Now mix in a separate bowl the cornstarch and some water to make a liquid and slowly add about a quarter of the cornstarch mixture at a time.
  • Bring back to a boil and take a teaspoon of the sauce and blow on it to see how thick it is becoming. If needed add another quarter of your cornstarch mixture. Once completely heated, it’s ready to eat.

Special Equipment Needed


Remember you can always add more cornstarch you can’t always take away. In other words if you add too much cornstarch your sauce will get too thick. If you are on a budget like I am and work a full time job but still want to cook dinner when you get home, this and my Vegetable Ginger Fried Rice go Great together. Just cook the chicken first in your electric skillet and place to the side and then cook rice.
