  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Generously grease a 12-cup Bundt pan; set aside.
  • Stir together sugar, orange peel and ground pecans, mixing well; set aside.
  • Separate each biscuit [in half, so there is a bottom and a top]; place 1 cream cheese cube in center of 20 biscuit halves, cover each with remaining halves and seal edges.
  • Dip a filled biscuit in melted butter/maragrine, followed by a coating in the sugar mixture. Stand biscuit in prepared bundt pan; repeat, until all biscuits are in pan. Note: the final few biscuits will likely need to be 'forced' into the pan; this is alright! Top with remaining butter and sugar mixture.
  • Bake in 350 degree pre-heated oven for 30 –35 minutes or until golden brown. Cool in pan for ONE minute and invert onto serving plate.
  • *To prepare ahead, follow recipe above, cover and refrigerate. Bake until golden brown.
