  • Put chicken in non-stick skillet. Pour catsup and diet cola over the top. Bring to a boil.
  • Cover, reduce heat and cook for 45 minutes.
  • Uncover, turn up the heat and continue to cook until the sauce becomes thick and adheres to the chicken. It turns into the most incredible BBQ sauce.

    Great recipe but the stated cooking time seemed way too long. I cooked the chicken covered (after it came to a boil) for 20 minutes; then uncovered at higher heat an additional 5-10 min. (to thicken sauace). The chicken was tender, fully cooked and tasty! I plan to share this recipe at my next WW meeting.

    I am on WW and tried this recipe last nite. It is wonderful! I added 1 packet for Lipton Onion Soup Mix and Green onions. It was delicious.

    I make this for WW too, and love how easy it is. Not only is the bbq sauce tasty, the texture of the chicken is moist. No one believes its soda and ketchup!
