  • In food processor, chop cold roast beef very, very fine. With chopper blade running, add enough seasoned "fat" from the cold roast ~ Approx. 1 tablespoon ~ to make it the consistency of "Braunschweiger" then:
  • Mix together salad dressing, onion, celery salt, & Worcestershire sauce. Mix well, and form into a ball. Chill.
  • Cover with softened cream cheese. Can cover cream cheese, with chopped nuts, parsley, chopped olives, etc. Serve with crackers.

Notes

I keep portions of cooked roast beef in the freezer, especially during the holidays, in order to make this. It is a wonderful taste.
