  • First, get your water boiling for your pasta. Next, chop the onion, olives, and peppers (as much as you want of each) and toss in a large bowl with the tuna.
  • Add a splash of olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and the juice from the sweet peppers to moisten the tuna mix. If you like it tangy, use more balsamic; if you like it spicy, use more pepper juice; and if you like it smooth, use more oil. Season to taste with the salt and black pepper.
  • Prepare pasta as directed, rinse with cold water, and toss with tuna mix. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes.


I really don't measure anything for this can add as much or as little of each of the ingredients to suit your taste! It takes about 30 minutes to chill in the fridge, but it tastes even better the second day when all the flavors have really blended together. And since you moisten the tuna with the balsamic, the juice from the peppers, and just a splash of the oil, it's pretty healthy.
