If you are not in a big hurry for your meat the longer it marinates the better. At my restaurant I use to marinate in the refrigerator for no less that 8 hours at a time before grilling...
Of course you know the sides her guys an gals but I'll share anyway...A salad, A huge baked potato with butter and sour cream and rolls...Oh yes and Connie's Strawberries on Snow isn't a bad finish to this meal either.
