  • Beat 2-1/2 cups milk with 2 pkgs. white chocolate pudding & pie filling, with electric mixer, until pudding is dissolved. Blend 1 cup thawed non-dairy whipped topping. Add 1/2 cup Andes Creme De Menthe Baking Chips to white chocolate mixture. Pour into pie crust.
  • Now, beat 1-1/2 cups milk with 1 pkg. chocolate flavor pudding & pie filling, with electric mixer, until pudding is dissolved. Blend in 1 cup thawed non-dairy whipped topping. Pour over white chocolate pudding layer.
  • Top with remaining thawed non-dairy whipped topping. Sprinkle remaining 1/4 cup Andes Creme De Menthe Baking Chips on whipped topping. Refrigerate 2 hours or until set.

Notes

I am diabetic, so I use sugar free/fat free products. This is a very pretty & refreshing dessert. Your guests will "Love" the cool mint flavor.

    I didn't taste it because I sold it, but it looks really nice and what I did taste, unrefridgerated and unfrozen, it had a nice mint taste and I liked it. I would have liked to try it from a frozen state.
