  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix cake mix, thawed Cool Whip and 1 egg together. Stir well with a spoon, mixture will be a little stiff, but you want it smooth.
  • With a teaspoon, drop cookies in powdered sugar and roll until coated well.
  • Then bake for 12 to 15 minutes at 350. Cool on wire rack.


This is the easiest cookie to make and the most famous at my house or any party I go to. You can pick whatever flavor you like for the season or reason. My mother has made these cookies since I was a small girl. They are as big a hit now as then.

    These cookies are so easy to make! I used spice cake mix and they came out a little like ginger cookies. I will definitely make them again. I can't wait to try them with chocolate cake mix!
