  • 1. Drain the corn. Blend the corn in blender or food processor.
  • 2. In a separate container, mix cheese, salt and cilantro and add the corn to the mix.
  • 3. Add oil to a pan in medium heat. Once the oil is hot, add a 1/3 cup of the mixture to the pan and fry. Flip when ready. Cooked side will be golden.

Notes

Serve over white rice or by itself.
