  • Cut the breast pieces in medium size cubes and marinate it in soy sauce, vinegar, salt and black pepper for 10 minutes.
  • After ten minutes take each piece of chicken and first roll it in corn flour, then dip it into the egg, and then in the end cover it with corn flakes. Now do the same with the rest of the pieces. When finished, deep fry each piece. When done take it out on kitchen paper to drain excess oil.
  • Onion rings:
  • For onions rings you have to cut the onion into round pieces. Now for the batter you need to mix corn flour with water, salt, and pepper. Dip each onion ring into this batter and also deep fry it. When cooked drain it onto to the kitchen paper to drain excess oil.
  • Mayo Sauce
  • Mix the mayonnaise, tomato sauce, mustard and garlic together. Serve it with cornflakes chicken and onion rings. Our dish is ready.
