  • Crack your eggs in a large bowl. Make sure not to get any shells in the bowl. Take your 2% milk and pour in bowl with eggs. Take your fork and whisk it really good.
  • Pour the eggs into a non stick pan and start to scramble the eggs with a spatula. When almost done add the country gravy with sausage to the eggs. Scramble till they're complete and the gravy is mixed in well.
  • Take bread and put in a toaster or toaster oven on setting 2. When toasted add some butter. Add the Kraft Mozzarella Cheese to your eggs and continue to cook till melted. Then place your eggs neatly on top of the toast and enjoy.

Special Equipment Needed


Serve a side of bacon with it or a nice piece of fried ham and a glass of orange juice.
