  • In a large skillet, cook broccoli and onions in oil until tender. Remove and set aside.
  • Use the same skillet to brown the pork chops on both sides. During browning, season both sides of the pork chops with 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder, dried oregano, and dried basil. Add the gravy and broccoli & onion mix to the skillet and cover. Let entire contents simmer for 12 to 15 minutes.
  • Mix in sour cream and heat through. Remove from heat and top each pork chop with a portion of the French fried onions and serve.


This recipe is a good way to use up leftover items you may have sitting around since it only takes a small portion of several of the items needed.
