  • Cook rotini noodles, drain and set aside to cool, stir occasionally to keep from sticking together. Fry bacon while noodles are cooking, set aside and lay on paper towel to drain fat.
  • Chop: crab meat, red pepper, onion. Add to noodles. Also add, black olives and cheese to noodles.
  • In a small bowl, mix together, Miracle Whip, mayonnaise, milk, dill and salt and pepper. Pour over and mix well into noodle mixture. Top with crumbled bacon.
  • Refrigerate 2 hours or until completely cooled before serving.

Special Equipment Needed


I rinse the noodles in plenty of cold water to make sure they're completely cooled before adding the veggies, crab and cheese. If they're still warm, the cheese will start to melt. If the salad seems "dry" add a little more of the salad dressings and milk til consistency is to your liking. This is a great recipe to take to potlucks or family gatherings. Everyone in my family loves this recipe.
