  • Combine cereal, milk, eggs, and oil and set aside for approx. 10 minutes. Line muffin tins with baking papers and preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Mash up cereal mixture with a fork and add apples and brandied cranberry sauce. Stir in remaining dry ingredients. Spoon into muffin tins.
  • Bake for 18 min. or until toothpick comes out clean.


These are great served warm or cold. You may add your favorite margarine spread if you like. The cranberry/apple mixture adds moisture and zing to the healthy yet dull bran muffin. And the milled flax seed doubles your fiber and adds OMEGA 3-OILS.
